Returns:

– You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
– Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
– To request a return, please contact our support team at support@tuffbathrooms.com.

Refunds:

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
– Refunds are made through the original payment method.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective deliveries.

Non-returnable items: Installed, customized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
